Two of the women I had boudoir sessions with this past weekend are not just busy women with busy lives, they are also moms, including the lovely J photographed below! They both couldn’t believe how much fun it was to take some time for themselves, pop some champagne, get…  My thought process in starting Sorella Muse Photography went something like this: Hey, I really like taking photos… in fact, I take really good photos… maybe I should be a wedding photographer! I assumed that after making the decision to be a wedding photographer, I would obviously shoot 20 or so weddings this year. Then…  I met Amanda, Cody and baby Brayden in old historic Folsom for their family session. It was my first time photographing there and it turned out to be such a neat location. We only covered about a two block radius because it was really ridiculously sweaty hot that afternoon, and we also wanted to make…  Everyone has a college best friend; by the mysterious orchestration of the universe, I have about ten. I honestly have the most amazing women friends imaginable. And even though they have spread out to different corners of the globe, I’m hoping to see most of them this year. Noa and I were inseparable our senior…  This was definitely not my usual photography session, i.e. no brides, bellies, or babies in sight! The setting may look familiar, as I photographed Katie’s family reunion here back in March. After their family reunion, the Grady family asked me if I would come back out to their ranch in Sutter Creek to take some photos… |
